Mexican Chocolate

INGREDIENTS:

2 squares unsweetened 2 teaspoons cinnamon
chocolate 2 cups strong coffe
2 tablespoons hot water 3 cups hot milk
2/3 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation:
Place chocolate and hot water in saucepan, cook over low heat until
chocolate melts. Combine the sugar, salt, and cinnamon and add to the chocolate.
Add coffee and stir until smooth. Cook 5 minutes longer. Combine hot milk
to which vanilla has been added and the chocolate mixture. Cook over low heat
for 10 minutes to blend flavors. Whip to a froth and serve. Five and one-third
cups.
