Recipe By : TerryG368 Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Ground Beef Mexican Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef 1 1/2 cups self rising corn meal 1 16 oz can yellow cream style corn 2 eggs 2 tablespoons bell pepper -- chopped 2 tablespoons onion -- chopped 3 jalapeno peppers 1 cup sour cream 2/3 cup cooking oil 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese -- grated Brown beef and drain on paper towel. Mix all other ingredients together and add browned beef. Place in 1 large or 2 small well greased pans.
