MEXICAN CORNBREAD

1 Cup butter
1 Cup sugar
4 eggs
1 4 oz. can diced green chilies
1 16 oz. can creamed corn
1/2 cup grated jack cheese
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup flour
1 cup corn meal
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butteer, sugar, eggs. Add chilies and
corn. Mix ingredients together, add to creamed ingredients. Then add
cheese and mix. Grease and flour an 8 X 12 X 2 pan.

Redude heat to 300 degrees and bake for 1 hour.
