| MEXICAN DINNER 1 lb ground beef 2 cup. cooked rice 1 can tomato soup 1 can crushed green chilies 1 envelope taco seasoning 3 med. tomatoes 2 cup cheddar cheese 1 cup Fritos corn chips Brown beef, drain. Stir in rice, soup, chilies, and taco seasoning. Spoon into 12 x 9 pan. Top with chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese and crushed corn chips. Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins.
