Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 cups cheddar cheese
2 cups Monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup salsa verde sauce
3 eggs

Shred and combine cheeses. Put half into a greased 8x8 pan. Pour egg
and salsa over cheese. Top with other half of cheese. Bake at 3500 for
30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve warm with nacho chips.
