MEXICAN FUDGE

Ingredients :
4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
2 tsp. chopped pimientos, well drained
2 strips bacon, fried and crumbled

Preparation :
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Spread into an ungreased 8
inch square baking dish (Pyrex works best). Bake at 350 degrees for
30 minutes. Cut into squares when slightly cooled. This is good as
an hors d'oeuvres or can be cut into larger squares and served for
lunch or brunch. Serves 8.
