| MEXICAN SALSA FRESCA 6 large tomatoes, chopped 1/4 bunch cilantro, minced 1 large Red onion, minced 1-2 jalapeno peppers to taste (take out the seeds and insides if you don't like it too hot). salt to taste 2 Limes or one lemon (juice of) If you like you can put the jalepeno and cilantro in a blender and just add the rest of ingredients. (I prefer chunky sauce) Good for about 4 days tightly covered and refrigerated. Enjoy!
