Ingredient:
Set 1:
Mutton(Goat Meat) - 1/2 pound
Onions - 1/2 medium  
Yogurt - 0.38 cup
Tomatoes (Chopped) - 1/8 cup
Whole raw cashews - 1/4 cup
Ginger Paste - 1/4 teaspoon
Garlic Paste - 1/4 teaspoon
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Chili Powder (Red Chili Powder) - 0.38 teaspoon
Turmeric (Haldi powder) - 0.06 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Set 2:
Black Cardamom Seeds - 1/8 teaspoon
Cinnamon Sticks (flat) - 1/2 inch
Cloves (Whole) - 1 1/4    
Bay leaves - 1/2  

Method:
1. Roughly chop onions. Cut lamb meat into roughly twenty peices. Keep aside.
2. Heat butter (on low heat) in a wide and deep skillet and when butter has melted, add ingredients of set 2 and fry for one minute.
3. Next, add onion and fry until the onion pieces turn transparent.
4. Next, add meat, chili powder, turmeric, salt and fry until meat turns light brown. 5. Now add chopped tomatoes, ginger and garlic pastes and yoghurt, cover and cook on high heat until meat is dry, that is, all the liquid is absorbed.
6. Then, add cashew nuts and 1.5 cups of warm water and cook until meat and the cashew nuts are well cooked. Garnish with raw onion rings.
