Ingredients:
Prawns - 0.28 pound
Coconut Milk - 1/2 cup
Cloves (Whole) - 1 1/4    
Coriander seeds (crushed, powder) - 0.19 teaspoon
Green Chilis - 1/4    
Bay leaves - 1/2    
Black pepper corns (pepper corns) - 2    
Mint leaves - 1 1/4    
Turmeric (Haldi powder) 1/8 teaspoon - 0.50
Vegetable Oil - 0.06 cup
Salt   to taste - 0.25
Coriander Leaves (dhaniya)   fistful

Method:

1. In a skillet heat oil on medium and add cloves, pepper corns and bay leaves.
2. Lower heat and fry for one or two minutes.
3. Add green chili sliced lengthwise, salt, turmeric, mint leaves, coriander seeds powder, prawns and stir for six minutes on medium-high heat.
4. Then add coconut milk and cook on medium-low heat for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
5. When the sauce thickens, garnish with coriander leaves and remove from heat.
