Ingredients

Tomatoes 1/4 Pound 114.75 
Onions 1/2 Medium   
Green chillies 1/4 Large   
Vegetable Oil 1 Teaspoon 16.5 
Milk 0.38 Cup 75.00 
Garlic Paste 1/4 Teaspoon 1.75 
Turmeric(Haldi Powder) 0.06 Teaspoon 0.25 
Salt   To taste 0.25 
Coriander leaves(Dhaniya)   Fistful  

 

Method

Use Ripe Tomatoes.
In a skillet heat oil and add chopped onions.
Fry until light brown.
Then add garlic, salt, turmeric, chopped green chilies and fry for a minute or two.
Next add sliced tomatoes over medium heat, cook for 15 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed.
Now add milk and simmer until sauce thickens (10 minutes).
 

Tips :

Goes well with sour dough bread and/or white rice. Also instead of milk one may add cream.
